This beloved flavors inspired by Chef Bảo Tuấn, brings together beloved Tết dishes that speak of home and heritage — from refreshing pomelo prawn salad and comforting bitter melon soup with fish cake dumpling, to classic braised pork belly with pepper, crispy bánh tét served alongside pickled vegetables, and steamed rice meant for sharing. Sweet lotus seed and longan dessert gently concludes the meal, while a trio of regional bánh mì adds a familiar, joyful touch to the table.
