From January 12th to 24th, savour the irresistible dishes found in the finest entries from the European cuisines while pouring some prestigious Bushmills whiskeys from their 10 to 21 years old series and the famed Bushmills Black Bush.
Our chefs are preparing a set menu full of signature crafts that include flambé scallop carpaccio, gravlax salmon, roasted lamb loin with ras el hanout, grilled Black Angus rib eye and, of course, a sensational dark chocolate mousse dessert to finish the night on a perfect sweet note!
